WHO ARE WE?

WAVE Radio is a student-run organization at Carthage College based in Kenosha, Wisconsin. A group of dedicated individuals with an aspiration to elevate how we understand each other and the world around us, we use WAVE to provide a voice for the voiceless, a platform for overlooked musicians, and an umbrella for when – amidst what feels like a downpour of problems, stress, conflicts, and struggles – we just want to stand under the comfort and safety of the music we love.

WAVE is for everyone and anyone. Musicians, athletes, gamers, environmentalists, entrepreneurs, foodies, conspiracy theorists, talkers, listeners, introverts, extroverts, and all of the above. We care about your background, and we care about who you are. The more of yourself you can bring to the WAVE, the better.
